The potential of AI was never the problem - access to it was.
Across markets in Saudi Arabia, Europe, and the United States, we kept seeing the same pattern: mid-market companies watching AI reshape industries around them, yet locked out by the cost and complexity of getting started. The vendors they turned to were either too expensive, too narrow in scope, or handed them off-the-shelf tools that did not fit how their business actually worked.
Meanwhile, the technology had never been more capable. From intelligent voice agents and workflow automation to custom machine learning models and multi-agent systems - the building blocks existed. What was missing was a partner with both the technical depth to build them properly and the commercial clarity to make them accessible.
